At Kowtow, we are committed to ethical production and your complete satisfaction; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original compostable packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
